Our crystal clear polyurethane doming process uniquely transforms self-adhesive labels creating eye-catching, tough, highly tactile 3D images.

Doming provides a quality solution to product branding and identification with emblems suitable for outdoor use and able to adhere to gentle curves if required.

Liquid graphics

are domed graphics that are either screen printed, digitally printed or CAD cut from an extensive range of vinyls and polyesters.

The self-adhesive graphics can appear to be written in liquid providing a fantastic option for any signage or point of sale requirement.

All composite graphics are supplied with a clear application film overlay.

Graphic Overlays and Decals

are generally under surface printed on a full range of PVC, Polyester and Polycarbonates. We offer the unique option of either part or full doming of the decal. The graphic image is either screen or digitally printed or can be a combination of both.

The facility to sequentially number overlays and graphics is also available.

Labels either screen or digitally printed

Digital labels are self-adhesive labels printed on either wide format or flatbed digital printers in almost any size or shape. Each process offers high-resolution full colour labels with minimal set up and repeat costs- the perfect solution for low and medium volume requirements.

For labels requiring a specific print finish we will recommend high definition screen printing with exact colour matching if it is considered more suitable.

We'll match to Pantone, Ral or an existing sample or product if required.

Polycrown manufactures industry specific labels such as asset and security labels with options including barcoding and serialising plus over-lamination for added print protection.

Roll labels

Labels supplied on a roll may be the solution to your requirement and we offer High Speed digital Ink-jet Roll to Roll printing in a variety of standard sizes as well as the option of bespoke labels.

Materials range from paper to resilient polyesters as well as metallics then finished in either matt or gloss laminate or varnish - the applications for roll labels are limitless!

Roll labels can also be sequentially numbered or either QR or barcoded as part of the customer specification.

Direct to Component Printing of Panels and Cases

We now offer Direct to component Flat bed digital printing of panels and fascias.

Anything from plastic to both coated and uncoated metal can be printed. This option provides unlimited colours as well as edge to edge printing even on products with a curved surface.

Screen printing of larger cases provides an accurate colourfast solution for both one offs and short runs and if the surface is flat - we can screen print it!

On-demand Digital and Litho Printing

providing the customer the opportunity to buy quality office and promotional print in the actual quantities required. Data processing and storage is simple and set up costs are minimal so low to medium volume and frequent repeats become viable.

Combining Litho and Digital printing allows further flexibility i.e. Brochures with a heavy cover printed Litho plus personalised text pages printed digitally.

We use the latest technology to ensure the most accurate image reproduction available on anything from manuals to corporate brochures.

Signage

A complete range of signage is available from Polycrown. From vehicle graphics to all types of internal and external signage plus banners and pop-up displays.
