Design
We've great designers who are experienced in everything from product labelling to brochure design as well as being able to provide technical design and material selection for more specialised requirements.
Where artwork’s supplied we'll always discuss any improvements and alterations in order to ensure we achieve the best possible results for you.

Screen and digital processes as well as litho mean we are able to fulfil almost every possible print requirement and there's a common thread with all the formats on offer - absolutely no compromise on quality.
We're both quick and efficient, so whether it's intricate multi layered screen print, digitally printed metal fascias or litho printed instructional booklets we can handle it all, plus everything will have passed our rigorous QA in order to reach the standards demanded of ourselves.
We print onto PVC, Vinyl, Polyester, Polycarbonate, Paper, Card and Metal with a full range of industry approved adhesive backings where required.
Doming
We operate a totally flexible facility allowing us to produce domed labels from the tens of thousands to complex individual multi part graphics. The addition of PU doming adds another dimension to almost any self-adhesive graphic and with our expertise we'll help you create labels and badges that simply stand out from anything else, what ever the size, shape or quantity.

Finishing
We try to make application or assembly simple and aim to supply products in the best format for use by the customer. We’ll listen to how the items are to be used and incorporate this into the production process to save both time and money for the end user.
Partial or complete product labelling and assembly is also carried out in house if required.
Delivery
Everything we make is packed with extreme care to ensure the customer receives an order in perfect condition. Mainland delivery is a next day service as standard unless otherwise agreed including rapid international deliveries by arrangement. We also provide a stock management system for customers with regular repeat requirements, an example of our total commitment to providing you with the best service possible.
And how we do it
High definition Screen printing
The original method of label production and for some applications still the preferred solution because of exact colour matching and sharpness of print.
Screen print provides high quality graphics for almost every sector of our product range from domed emblems to liquid graphics as well as graphic overlays, all of which are then digitally cut with extreme accuracy.
Wide format digital printing
Produces high resolution vinyl labels for doming as well as flat labels and decals, the equipment is also able to print large display and signage including banners. Our wide format equipment both prints and cuts.
Flatbed digital printing
Able to print on speciality substrates in full colour for both doming labels and signage, this equipment also enables direct to component printing of panels and fascias in full colour.
All labelling is then digitally cut.
High speed digital cutting
Providing quick and accurate cutting to support our full range of graphic and print finishes.
The versatile cutting facility includes both flatbed and wide format cutting for signage and heavy duty flatbed cutting equipment for multi-layered graphics, HD adhesives and magnetic vinyls.
On-demand digital and Litho printing
Equipment uniquely set up to print onto self-adhesives and substrates for use in labelling, the Konica Minolta is also used to print on-demand business stationary including brochures and manuals in low to medium quantities.
For larger volume and more intricate requirements we have the option of Litho printing and the expertise to advise you which is best for your requirements.
Crystal Clear Polyurethane Doming
As specialists in PU doming of labels and graphics for over 30 years we are innovative in creating exciting brand enhancement with a highly tactile and durable dome that can be used even in extreme environments.
There are so many applications that benefit from doming from alloy wheel centres to hospital theatre equipment, all with specific uv and hygiene requirements.
We ałso dome customers own printed media supplied to an agreed specification.
Adhesives and Base Materials
Our range of adhesives ensures bonding of any product to any surface. All industry standard specification adhesives are available.
High quality vinyl and polyester in a wide range of finishes including mirror silver and gold as well as metallic are generally used to manufacture domed graphics and labels of most types.
PVC and Polycarbonate are also available and are more extensively employed in creating graphic overlays and decals.
For On-demand and Litho an extensive range of speciality media is available in addition to standard paper and card.
